Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues for software and hardware products
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics (CSAT >90%, AHT <180s)
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for all weekend shifts (8am-8pm MST Sat/Sun)
- Basic troubleshooting for Windows/macOS and mobile devices
