Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security standards
- Collaborate with weekend support teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time targets

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST)
- Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced digital environments
