Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and technical support requests
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a remote environment
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 4 PM CT)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
