- Meet performance metrics including average handle time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekend team meetings for performance reviews and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM CST)
