- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in weekly remote training sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat/Sun) 8 AM - 6 PM MST
