Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and service issues with 95%+ first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Identify process improvement opportunities through weekly feedback
- Maintain strict HIPAA/GDPR compliance for all customer data
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Home office setup with reliable internet (50+ Mbps)
- Ability to multitask across 3+ communication channels
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- Availability for all weekend shifts (no exceptions)
