Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues with precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management and adaptability to changing priorities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 6 PM PST)
