Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service disruptions
- Document cases accurately in CRM system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain 95%+ call/chat quality metrics and adherence to SLAs
- Identify upsell opportunities for service enhancements
- Participate in weekend team meetings for performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability required (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm EST)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
