- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet key performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-8pm PT)
