Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless continuity of service
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions to refine product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with clear Louisiana regional accent awareness
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues (connectivity, software glitches)
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend schedules
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
