Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (10 AM - 6 PM PST)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems for software and service products
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience continuity
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores

Qualifications
