Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS products with precision
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover and escalation
- Meet weekly performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT)
- Identify and report product improvement opportunities to the product team
- Participate in weekend team huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support or technical support experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues remotely
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and patience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm PST)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
