Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Excellent communication skills with clear verbal/written proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking aptitude
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Available for both weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and occasional weekday coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
