Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver responsive technical and billing support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while adhering to data security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience handoffs
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior specialists
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM platforms)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet dedicated workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday 8am-8pm & Sunday 10am-6pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
