Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Resolve technical issues and process orders using proprietary CRM software
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless handoffs
- Meet weekly performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing virtual training to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Quiet, dedicated home office with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills
