- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for software and hardware products
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed logs
- Collaborate with weekday teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer support or technical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST)
