- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using remote troubleshooting tools
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining client confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to stay updated on products and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
