- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Participate in weekend-specific training and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of customer support experience in a remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) and CRM platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and common applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for weekends (8am-8pm shifts)
- Experience with Las Vegas time zone operations preferred
