You will be responsible for transferring information from physical or digital formats into our centralized systems with zero errors. Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records and databases for various clients with a focus on weekend shifts.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Transcribe handwritten documents or scanned data into digital formats using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents to ensure efficient retrieval and data security.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to the data management team immediately.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and adhere to the provided weekend schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
