Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer information, financial records, and inventory data into our secure database systems.
- Review incoming documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards before processing.
- Transcribe data from physical paper files, emails, and PDFs into digital formats with high precision.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors, escalating complex issues to the team lead.
- Organize and maintain digital file systems to ensure easy retrieval and efficient workflow management.
- Perform periodic audits of data entries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot minor errors quickly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
