Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure online databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and rectify discrepancies in data to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and correct formatting before processing.
- Communicate effectively with the weekend support team regarding urgent data updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
