Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and product information into our centralized database systems.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure 100% accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all entries before submission.
- Manage email inquiries and provide accurate responses regarding data status and account information.
- Organize and digitize physical documents and records efficiently on weekends.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure data continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the contract.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
