Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues with empathy and precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed quality metrics including CSAT scores, first-contact resolution, and adherence to SLAs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or high-contact environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral American English proficiency
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Self-motivated professional with strong time management in unsupervised settings
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM EST)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Associates degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
