- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in continuous training on new products and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
