Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and product concerns using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and improve support workflows
- Meet/exceed KPIs including resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience with remote/independent work environments
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM ET) with flexible scheduling
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Texas residents preferred for bilingual Spanish/English roles
