- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for digital platforms
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm EST)
