Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Participate in weekend-specific training sessions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience with remote work exposure
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 8 AM - 4 PM CT
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
