- Resolve billing and account issues using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution
- Document customer interactions and update CRM databases in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficient in multitasking with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral or Southern US dialect
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST)
