Responsibilities
- Manage weekend client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and provide product guidance for enterprise clients
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate client needs to internal teams
- Participate in weekend onboarding sessions for new clients
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements with weekend-specific insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or technical support experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot SaaS products independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working remotely with reliable high-speed internet
- Comfortable with weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-4pm PT)
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Ability to thrive in autonomous work environments
- Portfolio demonstrating client relationship management success
