Responsibilities
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional response times
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining high CSAT scores
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless client handoffs
- Contribute to process improvements for weekend support workflows
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or technical assistance roles
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and remote work platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat-Sun) with occasional holiday coverage
