Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting via email and chat to US-based clients during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and case resolutions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity and accurate ticket handovers.
- Proactively identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a professional tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
