- Identify trends and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Participate in weekend training sessions and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong diagnostic skills for common tech issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (8 AM - 8 PM)
