- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex cases
- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution rates
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM CT)
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
