Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless continuity
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and troubleshooting techniques
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (remote preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/macOS and common software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated remote work success
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM PST)
- High-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge bases
