- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical issues with software products using remote troubleshooting tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in weekend team training sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/tech environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce) and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available to work 8-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm PST)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queues simultaneously
