Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS products using diagnostic tools and remote access
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ accuracy standards
- Collaborate with Tier-2 engineers to escalate complex technical problems
- Maintain 99% SLA adherence with <30 second response targets
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and training materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and cloud applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently without supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps) and quiet home office setup
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday 8AM-5PM & Sunday 10AM-7PM PST)
