Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions for software/hardware problems
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for common weekend-specific queries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Zendesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and mobile devices

- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8 AM - 8 PM CST)
