Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using knowledge base and troubleshooting protocols

Qualifications

- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-8pm)
