Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and service issues efficiently
- Document all interactions using Salesforce CRM with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT >90%)
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST)
