Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients using remote diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex issues to Tier 2
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating through proactive communication

Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency with remote support tools (Zendesk, TeamViewer, Jira)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM PST)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
