Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for cloud-based software products
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior specialists
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in quarterly virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in Windows OS and standard productivity software
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (8AM-8PM Sat/Sun)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms a plus
