- Deliver premium technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex software/hardware issues with 95%+ first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed logs
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers on escalated technical challenges
- Proactively identify trends to improve customer experience workflows
- Adhere to SLA targets and maintain high CSAT scores
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in tech/software industry
- Proficiency with remote support tools (Zendesk, Teams, Jira)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Strong technical aptitude across Windows/macOS platforms
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Availability to work 8-hour weekend shifts (flexible scheduling)
