- Accurate Data Input: Enter, update, and maintain customer and company data into our secure database systems with zero errors.
- Data Verification: Cross-reference incoming data with source documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Weekly Reporting: Compile and summarize weekly data entry statistics for management review.
- Record Management: Organize, file, and archive physical and digital documents in an orderly and retrievable system.
- Issue Resolution: Identify discrepancies in data and troubleshoot issues by contacting relevant departments.
- System Updates: Assist in the migration of legacy data to our new cloud-based platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Typing Skills: Proficient typing speed of 45+ WPM with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
