Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Configure, deploy, and manage remote workstations, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and priority requests via chat and email during designated weekend shifts.
- Ensure all provided equipment is fully functional and optimized for remote productivity.
- Collaborate with the main support team to resolve complex escalations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on remote equipment before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or hardware configuration.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude with Windows and Mac OS.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
