Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support via remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop and mobile devices.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the on-site Detroit team during peak weekend hours if required.
- Ensure strict data security and compliance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
