Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage and resolve customer tickets in a timely manner using Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Document all interactions and technical solutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores during weekend shifts.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure remote work environments are secure and functional.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
