Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Configure and maintain remote workstations including VPN access and security protocols
- Document support tickets in CRM system with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through efficient issue resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in IT preferred
- 2+ years of remote technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification required
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory
- Must have dedicated home office space
