Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting via phone and secure chat platforms during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer inquiries related to software, hardware, and account management.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity for all clients.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to product management to drive improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
