- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Participate in weekly remote training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
- Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security and privacy protocols while working remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or remote work environments.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
