Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat during assigned weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote clients efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional support team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client queries confidently.
- Ensure 100% adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
